What to know before your first appointment

When to Schedule
We recommend shopping for your wedding gown about a year before your wedding date. This allows plenty of time for ordering, fittings, alterations, and pickup. Already closer to your date? No worries. Speak with your consultant and we will walk you through your options.

Your Appointment
Your appointment is one hour. You will be paired with an experienced bridal consultant who will get to know your vision, style, and budget before pulling gowns for you to try.

Bringing Guests
We recommend bringing up to 3 guests, as our bridal area has limited seating. If you would like to bring a larger group, just reach out ahead of time and we will do our best to make it work.

What to Bring
Please bring indoor shoes or slippers. We ask that you remove your outdoor shoes to help keep our gowns clean and pristine.

Your Dress Selections
Your consultant will pull 5 to 8 gowns based on your preferences, giving you a chance to explore different styles and silhouettes. After your first round of try ons, you are always welcome to revisit your favourites before making your decision.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?
Walk-ins are welcome on weekdays, however we always recommend booking in advance to guarantee your appointment time and ensure a consultant is available just for you.

There is no fee to book an appointment at MonaRichie Bride. We want the experience to feel as relaxed and pressure-free as possible from the very first visit.

What happens after I say yes to the dress?
Once you've found the one, your gown is ordered and paid in full before we place the order. Gowns typically take 4 to 6 months to arrive. When your dress is in, we will notify you by email and invite you to come in for a try-on and pickup appointment.
